Email us with your enquiry or purchase order. Please give full details of the product(s) you are interested in so we can reply as quickly as possible. We cannot accept emailed credit card information, please see the Payment Methods section below for more information.

Delivery Methods
Business Post
For delivery to the UK we use UKMail next day service. Shipping cost to the UK (apart from Northern Scotland and Ireland) is £8 + VAT per order (approx. 5K limit). Other areas are charged at cost price.
Royal Mail
For some of our products we give you the option of having your items delivered by first class post through Royal Mail. The amount charged depends on the weight of the items but it is usually cheaper than the courier service. This option is only available for a total order weight of less than 2kg.
UPS
For Delivery to countries outside the UK we usually use UPS. The charge is based on the total weight of your order. Business Post collect and forward on to UPS.
Air Mail
For some of our products we give you the option of having your items delivered by Royal Mail's airmail service. The amount charged depends on the weight of the items but it is usually cheaper than our courier service. This option is only available for a total order weight of less than 2kg.
Electronic Download
For products available by electronic download, we will email you the instructions for downloading plus the relevant licence details. No delivery charge applies.

- VISA/Mastercard/AMEX - Fax card details to +44 (0)1865 300232 (all transactions will be in UK Sterling). Owing to high charges, a 7% surcharge will be applied to all AMEX payments. Please note we cannot accept emailed card details.
- Cheque in pounds sterling (drawn on a British bank)

For all on-line orders, Credit-card details are processed through SecureTrading for maximum security. We do not store (or even see) credit card details ourselves.
